2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents the services and products offered by SC. ARTIPIC SRL, including:

Furniture restoration and painting
Custom painting on wooden furniture
Upholstery services
Customization with gold leaf and decorative details
3D renderings created with AI
Sale of restored and customized furniture pieces
Textile lampshade production

3. Website Usage

It is forbidden to use the Website for illegal purposes or purposes that may harm the company or third parties.
The content of the Website (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright law and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

4. Services and products

The images of products and projects presented are for informational purposes only, and minor differences may exist between the photos and the final product due to the nature of the materials and work processes.
Customized or reconditioned furniture ordered cannot be returned, in accordance with legislation on products made to consumer specifications.
Execution and delivery times are established by mutual agreement, depending on the complexity of the project.

5. Prices and payments

Prices displayed (where applicable) are expressed in RON and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
For custom orders, an advance payment is required, established by mutual agreement, non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the client at the time of the order.

6. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made via transport exchange, using independent carriers selected based on destination, size, and weight of the products.
The cost of delivery is borne by the client, except in cases where it is otherwise stipulated in the offer.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability and will be communicated to the client before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the provided address is incomplete or incorrect.

7. Return Policy

Customized products and reconditioned items made to order cannot be returned.
Standard (non-customized) products can be returned within 14 calendar days, provided they are in perfect, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
The cost of return is borne by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, reputational, or profit losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or our products.
3D rendering services created with AI are indicative and do not constitute a final technical project.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Personal data collected through the contact form or during the ordering process will be used exclusively for communication and delivery.
We process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

10. Contract and fiscal documents

All services are provided based on a service contract signed between SC. ARTIPIC SRL and the client.
For all collected amounts, a tax invoice will be issued, in accordance with current legislation.

11. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect on the date of publication.
