Home. After 5 years, we decided to renovate "a little" and "color" our bedroom in the shades that bring us peace and relaxation.

Initially, everything seemed easy... my "speech" was simple, Marinescu, we'll paint, change the curtains, and change the furniture color. Phew, "a piece of cake"! I made a mood board and chose the "first" colors, I say first because we changed them a bit once the renovation started.

When I decided to "inform" Marinescu of the final colors, he decided to divorce... and not once, but twice in one day.

Then, I informed him that the parquet no longer "fits in" at all, and its replacement is also necessary. There were "fireworks"! Let me explain, Marinescu is "Mr. Budget," he budgets everything, I am "Ms. Surprise"... "The Budget" always has a "Surprise."

In the bedroom, the dresser and nightstands were refurbished, the bed was re-upholstered, the chandelier reconditioned (cleaned, painted, wiring replaced), the lamps reconditioned (base painted, wiring replaced, lampshade redone). For the door in the niche, we decided to apply wallpaper to avoid "uniformizing" everything.

What's new? The parquet, the washable paint, the profiles, the furniture paint, the wallpaper, and my wonderful curtains.

Yes, my wonderful curtains and drapes made by our special friends, those who have the most beautiful upholstery materials, but I will tell you about them in detail another day.

Today, with all our hearts, the Marinescus present a part of our "Home" project.
